Naptime

On rainy days, my hardworking husband likes to take a nap. It used to be easy for him to fall asleep in the La-Z-Boy chair, but as we've added children to our household things have become a little more complicated. The kids want their daddy to play with them, or read them books, or run around the house with them instead of napping. They just don't understand why he wants to take a nap instead of play.
Today, I thought he might get a nap. Our youngest was napping and the older two were playing quietly in the living room when my husband started drifting off into sleepyland. The older two noticed that my husband was sleeping and decided to be a bit creative, as usual. Now, creativity is a very good trait and I am thankful that my kids seem to have this gift. BUT, sometimes they use this trait to come up with interesting things to do...well, you see the picture. The kids had access to a roll of duct tape and used it to play a trick on their daddy. My husband appeared to sleep through this whole process, but every so often I would hear a quiet, deep chuckle coming from the direction of the La-Z-Boy chair.
